Welcome to use Pure Cloud products and services! You shall read and comply with the Pure Cloud User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") for the "Product" and "Service" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Please carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions before registering as a Pure Cloud user, especially the clauses that exempt or limit Pure Cloud's liability, restrict user rights, and separate agreements for opening or using a certain service. Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you are not authorized to use Pure Cloud identity services. Your registration, login, and posting of information shall be deemed as your reading and agreement to be bound by this agreement. If you do not have full capacity for civil conduct due to age, intelligence, or other factors, please read and judge whether you agree to this agreement with your legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as the "guardian").
1、Scope of the agreement
1.1 This agreement is between you and Pure Cloud regarding your registration, login, use of this product, and use of this service.
1.2 The content of this agreement includes but is not limited to the following agreements, rules, specifications, terms related to this product and/or this service, as well as various related agreements, rules, specifications, terms related to this software and/or this service that Pure Cloud has already published or may publish in the future. All the aforementioned rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text of the agreement. To better provide you with various services, Pure Cloud has developed specialized service terms for specific services. You can refer to the specialized service terms in the relevant specific service interface. Before using a specific service, you should carefully read the terms of service used for that service. By registering for a Pure Cloud identity account or using specific services through a Pure Cloud identity account, you are deemed to have accepted and will be bound by these terms of service.
Pure Cloud has the right to formulate and modify this agreement or various rules as needed from time to time. If there are any changes to this agreement and rules, all changes shall be subject to the latest published content of this product. The revised agreement and rules shall come into effect immediately upon publication, and shall have legal effect on users registered after the new agreement and rules come into effect. For users who registered before the agreement or rules came into effect, if they continue to use the various services provided by this product after the new rules come into effect, it indicates that the user has fully read, recognized, and agreed to comply with the new agreement or rules. If you refuse to accept the new agreement and rules, you will need to give up all services provided under the identity of Pure Cloud.
2、The process of obtaining and using this product
2.1 You can directly obtain this product from Pure Cloud's official website, official application distribution platform, as well as third-party websites and application distribution platforms authorized by Pure Cloud.
2.2 If you obtain this product or applications, websites, or services with the same name as this product from a third party not authorized by Pure Cloud, Pure Cloud cannot guarantee that these contents can be used normally and will not be responsible for any losses caused to you as a result.
2.3 Due to business strategy arrangements or adjustments, there may be differences in the specific content of Pure Cloud services available to users in different regions. The actual content provided by Pure Cloud shall prevail.
2.4 In order to enhance user experience and improve service content, Pure Cloud may continuously strive to develop new services and provide you with product and service updates from time to time.
2.5 In order to improve user experience, enhance service security, and ensure consistency of functionality, Pure Cloud has the right to update this product or make changes to some of its functional effects.
2.6 After the release of a new version of this product, older versions may not be usable. Pure Cloud does not guarantee the continued availability of old version products, nor does it guarantee the provision of corresponding customer service and maintenance services for old version products. Pure Cloud will notify or prompt you, please check the version information at any time, and use the upgraded products and services according to relevant product rules.
3、Protection of User Information and Personal Information
3.1 Protecting user information is a fundamental principle of Pure Cloud. Pure Cloud will collect, use, store, and share your relevant information within the scope permitted by law in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, mainly including:
(1) Device information: Pure Cloud identity collects information about the personal device you log in to detect whether the personal device meets the usage requirements.
(2) Log information: When you use related services, Pure Cloud identity will collect log information for the purpose of troubleshooting and improving service quality.
3.2 During the process of registering an account or using this service, you may need to fill in some necessary information. If there are special provisions in national laws and regulations (the "laws and regulations" in this agreement refer to the laws, administrative regulations, judicial interpretations, local regulations, local rules, departmental rules, and other normative documents currently in effect in the region where the user belongs/is located, as well as the modifications and supplements to such laws and regulations from time to time, and relevant policy provisions, etc.), you need to fill in your true identity information (including but not limited to mobile phone numbers and other information). If the information you provide is incomplete or untrue, you may not be able to use this service or may be restricted during use.
3.3 Pure Cloud will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a comprehensive management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
3.4 Pure Cloud attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. If you do not have full capacity for civil conduct, you should obtain the consent of your guardian before using this service.
4、User behavior norms
4.1 You should fully understand and agree to the following matters:
4.1.1 Users shall provide accurate and timely updates of their information in accordance with laws, regulations, and service requirements, as prompted on the corresponding pages, in order to make it true, timely, complete, and accurate. Users are not allowed to impersonate others for registration, register for others without permission, register accounts in a way that may mislead other users, use usernames that may infringe on others' rights for registration (including but not limited to suspected trademark or reputation infringement), or maliciously register accounts in bulk. Otherwise, Pure Cloud has the right to refuse to register or cancel the account after discovery, and any losses incurred by the user shall be borne by the user.
4.1.2 Users must confirm that when they complete the registration process or actually use this service in other ways allowed by Pure Cloud, individual users should be natural persons with full civil capacity. If they do not have full civil capacity, they must obtain the explicit consent of their guardians before registering as individual users of this service. If the user does not have the aforementioned subject qualifications, please do not use this service. Otherwise, the user and the user's guardian shall bear all consequences resulting from this, and Pure Cloud has the right to cancel, temporarily freeze or permanently freeze the user's account. If Pure Cloud suffers losses, Pure Cloud has the right to recover from the user and the relevant user's guardian.
4.2 You should fully understand and agree to the following matters that require special attention:
4.2.1 In order to provide you with better services or maintain product security, Pure Cloud will obtain your relevant information in accordance with the principles of "legality, necessity, and legitimacy" as stipulated by laws and regulations.
4.2.2 When using a specific feature of this service, you may also need to agree to separate agreements, rules, etc. Please carefully read the relevant agreements, rules, etc. before using that feature.
4.2.3 You may choose not to provide certain information to Pure Cloud, or cancel the right of Pure Cloud to collect certain information based on product settings, but this may result in the inability to implement related service functions.
4.2.5 Pure Cloud will make reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the security of your data storage in this service, but Pure Cloud cannot provide complete guarantees in this regard, including but not limited to the following situations:
(1) Pure Cloud is not responsible for any deletion or storage failure of your relevant data in this product and/or service caused by reasons other than Pure Cloud.
(2) You should backup the data and information stored in this product and/or this service or related to this product and/or this service on your own. If there are other agreements between the two parties, they shall be executed accordingly.
(3) If you stop using this product and/or this service (such as when you cancel your account), or if this service is cancelled or terminated due to your violation of laws, regulations, or this agreement, Pure Cloud has the right to permanently delete your data from the server. After your service is stopped, terminated, or cancelled, Pure Cloud is not obligated to return any data to you. You should make a backup before the service is stopped, terminated, or cancelled.
4.2.6 If you violate laws and regulations, this agreement, and/or other agreements and rules of Pure Cloud, and Pure Cloud takes any actions or measures against you or the products and/or services you use, resulting in your temporary or permanent inability to use Pure Cloud identity, login with Pure Cloud identity, or use other products and/or services, you shall bear the corresponding consequences on your own. If any losses are caused to you as a result, you shall bear them on your own.
5、Products or services provided by third parties
5.1 In the process of using this product, if you involve using products or services provided by third parties, in addition to complying with the provisions of this agreement, you should also comply with the user agreement of the third party. We recommend that you carefully read their user agreement and privacy policy before using such third-party products or services. Pure Cloud and third parties shall bear their respective responsibilities within the scope of legal provisions and agreements for possible disputes.
5.2 When users use this product or request Pure Cloud to provide specific services, this product may call third-party systems or support users' use or access through third parties. The results of use or access are provided by the third party (including but not limited to the services and content provided by the third party that you jump to through this service, the services and content accessed by the third party through the Pure Cloud open platform, etc.), and Pure Cloud is not responsible for the services provided by such third parties.
6、Intellectual Property
6.1 Pure Cloud is the intellectual property owner of this product. The copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property rights of this product, as well as all information content related to this product (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout framework, relevant data or electronic documents, etc.), are protected by laws, regulations and corresponding international treaties. Pure Cloud enjoys the above-mentioned intellectual property rights in accordance with the law, except for the rights that the relevant rights holder should enjoy in accordance with the law.
6.2 Without the written consent of Pure Cloud or the relevant rights holder, you shall not implement, utilize, or transfer the above-mentioned intellectual property rights for any commercial or non-commercial purposes on your own or license any third party.
7、Other
7.1 This agreement shall come into effect from the date you select and successfully register as a user of this website. Unless this website terminates this agreement or the user loses their eligibility as a user of this website, this agreement shall remain valid. The termination of this service agreement does not exempt the user from their obligations and responsibilities under this agreement or other relevant agreements and rules. Pure Cloud has the right to modify the terms of this agreement as necessary. You can check the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant service page. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the products or services provided by Pure Cloud, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the changed agreement.
7.2 The headings of all clauses in this agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not have any actual meaning in themselves, and cannot serve as a basis for interpreting the meaning of this agreement.
7.3 Regardless of the reason why any provision of this agreement is partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
8、Complaints and violation handling
8.1 We value user feedback and complaints, and have established a comprehensive complaint handling mechanism to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of users are protected during the use of our services.
8.2 If users discover any content that violates laws and regulations, infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others, or violates these service terms during the use of our services, they can report it through the complaint channels we provide. Click to enter the report
8.3 We will review user complaints and take corresponding measures based on the situation, including but not limited to warnings, limiting functions, suspending or terminating services, etc.
